Developed by an engineer and avid bicyclist, the WIB is worn under the jersey as opposed to over the jersey like other available cold weather protection garments. It only covers the front of the chest and the neck, precisely the areas of the torso that are most susceptible to health problems caused by the wind chill. The WIB is secured comfortably around the rider’s neck by a wrap-around collar with Velcro® pads. Available in 4 different colors, royal blue, red, black and white.
The WIB is made of an external layer of windblocking/ breathable material and an internal layer of athletic mesh. The result is protection from the wind with the comfort of keeping dry by allowing perspiration to evaporate and the convenience of fitting comfortably in your jersey pocket when no longer needed.
